making changes to templates. Need help urgent

I created templates in the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\80\Tools\Report Designer\ProjectItems\ReportProject\. My question is
:Will any changes to the template automatically reflect changes to reports
that have already been created using this template.If that is possible how do
i do it.
I am unable to find answers to this issue. Appreciate if somebody can
provide a solution.Changes to a template will not reflect in reports created by that template as
they could be published anywhere.

Make a folder available to everyone

What would be the easiest way to make all the reports in a
RS folder available to everybody who can access the Report
Server website, whether or not they have NT accounts?
JoeThere is not an easy and supported way to do this. You could turn on
anonymous access and give rights to the anonymous user, but then you
essentially have no security in your system. You could also look into
writing a custom auth dll that would provide such access, however this is
not trivial.

Maintenance Plans and cleaning up backups in subfolders...

The maintenance job I have creates sub-folders for each database when it
backups.
The Cleanup Job is pointing to the root of this folder but it's not deleting
previous backups. It's set to delete files older than 2 days.
Does this not supported by the SQL2K5?
Should I not set it to create folders for each database backup?

I had to open the Management Studio localy on the SQL Server.
For some reason, I don't see this option when I look at it remotely from my
